Vancouver, BC –February 27, 2015: Altair Gold Incorporated (“Altair” or the “Company”)(TSX-V: AVX) wishes to announce the appointment of the following Directors:
Mr. Hafiz Bhulji -Mr. Haafiz Bhulji comes from a finance background and has extensive experience of public markets and the mining sector.
Mr. Ramon Mabanta -Mr. Mabanta is the president of Zuriel Resources Investment Inc., and has served as an officer and director of several public companies over the past 19 years. Mr. Mabanta currently trades in iron mineralized material, steam coal, copper and other non-precious metals.
Altair’s Director and President, Mr. Fayyaz Alimohamed, has resigned with immediate effect to pursue other opportunities.
In addition, Mr. Tony Ricci has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and Mr. Robert Naso, currently a Director of the Company, will assume the role of CFO.
The Company’s Audit Committee will now consist of Mr. Dhanani, Mr.Bhulji and Mr. Mabanta, the last two being independent Directors.
