The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation in connection with a share purchase agreement dated May 17, 2016, between the company and Carolyn Sewell, whereby the company will purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of West Georgia Lithium Exploration Inc. The sole asset of West Georgia is the Kino lithium property located in the Abitibi area of Quebec. Consideration is $10,000 and 300,000 common shares on closing.
Alnoor Bhulji will receive a finder’s fee of 30,000 common shares.
