Further to the news release dated February 9th, 2016, director and CEO, Robert J Naso reports that Mr. Zahir Dhanani would like to clarify that he is not resigning from the board of the directors. Mr. Dhanani was only resigning and retiring as the CEO of the Company and will remain as a Director and Chairman of the Board for a transition phase that not to end before October 2016. A transition agreement will be signed by Mr. Dhanani based on his verbal agreement.
