Altair Gold Inc. (“Altair”) -AVX:TSX-V. Mr. Robert J. Naso, President and CEO of Altair, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Aylin Cecen Aksu to the board of Altair.
Dr. Aksu, MD, PhD, is a mining consultant presently living in Turkey. Dr. Aksu has, over the last 6years, been a consultant and adviser to several Canadian and Chinese mining companies looking to source mining projects in Turkey and the Balkans.Dr. Aksu introduced Altair to the Cerpulje project in Kosovo.On behalf of the board Iwould like to welcome Dr. Aylin Cecen Aksu to the Board effective immediately.
Also Mr. Naso would like to announce the resignation of Director Ramon Mabanta from the board. We thank Mr. Mabanta for his service to Altair and wish him every success with his future ventures.
