ALTAIR ADDS CHIH (JEFFREY) YEN ZHAO TO ADVISORY BOARD
Chih (Jeffrey) Yen Zhao has agreed to serve on Altair Resources Inc.’s advisory board.
Mr. Zhao resides in Beijing, China, where he is the president of Beijing HRS Investment Consulting Co. Ltd., an investment banking firm, and a member of Globalscope, a leading group of corporate finance and business advisers operating globally to support clients in cross-border transactions. Mr. Zhao focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing and joint venture. Mr. Zhao was formerly managing director of the Yily Group and the vice-president of Asia Finance Co. Ltd. based in Hong Kong, assisting private investment groups to make investments in China. He was also the former general manager (China division) of ACS Partners Inc. of New York, an investment banking firm, focused on mergers and acquisitions.
