Young, Chairman and CEO, is pleased to report that at the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 24, 2021, Messrs. George S. Young, Wayne Koshman, Michael Nelson and John G. Booth were elected as directors for the ensuing year. The shareholders also passed all other resolutions including an ordinary resolution to ratify the Company’s stock option plan, pursuant to which the Company may grant stock options up to 10% of its issued and outstanding common shares at the time of the grant.
Following the shareholders meeting, the Board appointed Mr. George S. Young as Board Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Jack Cartmel as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Messrs. Booth (Chair), Koshman and Nelson were appointed to the audit committee.
