Huguet, Chairman of the Board, is pleased to announce that Mr. Jeffrey Steiner has agreed to serve on
the Company’s Advisory Board.

Mr. Jeffrey Steiner is a senior executive, board director and lawyer involved in real estate, the film & TV
industry, the mining sector and early-stage angel investment. He leads New Franchise Media Inc., which
was formed to create film & television productions based on the best-selling novels of Jeffrey Archer.
Mr. Steiner is also a member of the board of directors of Export Development Canada which had net
income of C$925 million in 2015. He is also Co-Chair of the newly formed joint Canada-United Arab
Emirates Business Council.

Mr. Steiner previously served as the President and CEO of the Toronto Economic Development
Corporation from 2002 to 2009 which focused on real estate and industrial development and in-bound
investment promotion. Jeff has a unique combination of business and public policy experience with a
keen interest in how the public and private-sectors can work together in job creation, R&D,
infrastructure and other strategic investments. Jeff served for several years on the board of the Ontario
Centres of Excellence, including Chair of its Governance Committee, primarily focused on the
commercialization of university-based R&D. He is now assisting the start-up and angel investor
community by serving as President (part-time) of the Network of Angel Organizations (Ontario). Jeff is
an Advisory Board member of SEB Inc., plus Tirex Resources and Arian Resources, both exchange-listed
mining companies.

Specialties: Corporate Governance. Earned the ICD.D Directors Designation. Graduate of the Institute for
Corporate Directors’ Director Education Program at Rotman School of Business. Brownfield property
development and waterfront revitalization. Municipal re-zoning and Tax Increment Finance. Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR), regulated industries, aboriginal affairs, gaming regulation, regional economic
development, risk management and environmental stewardship.
